Ordering with Covet

We’ve tried to make ordering online at COVET a simple click and purchase process and hope that it’s an enjoyable experience. You don’t have to sign up for an account with us, but it does allow you to track your orders, view your order history and create and save Wish and Wedding lists.

Please review your basket before purchasing to make sure we’ve got all the details correct. If you need to cancel or alter an order once it has been submitted please contact us immediately as we cannot refund delivery costs on despatched items.

To view your orders, as well as your account information, you will need to create or sign in to your COVET account.

Payments

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro and Visa Electron, Paypal and COVET voucher. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express at this time. You can safely enter your entire credit/debit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We guarantee that every transaction you make with Covet will be 100% secure. We will charge your credit/debit card once your billing and delivery addresses are verified.

Ordering with a COVET Gift Voucher is very simple. Your voucher has a code number beginning with the letters ‘CO’. Simply enter your code when prompted. If you wish to buy a gift voucher for someone click here.

Our Secure Shopping Guarantee is your assurance that you’ll never have to worry about credit/debit card safety while shopping at COVET. We absolutely want you to have a pleasurable, convenient, and worry-free shopping experience.

Shopping online at COVET is statistically safer than using your credit card at a high street store. Technical experts point out that online purchases without human intervention are far safer than traditional credit card transactions because the information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by an authorised computer. All credit card details are captured over a secure 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This means your credit/debit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your card number during the approval process. COVET never stores your credit card information.

Damaged or Defective Items

All items are inspected before dispatch but if you should receive a damaged or defective item, please either e-mail us in the first instance at info@covetshop.net or phone us on 01943 603439 within 7 days of delivery. Please photograph all breakages and retain the item until you have heard from us. We will make every reasonable effort to replace damaged or defective items in a timely manner. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as we receive the returned item(s).

Updating Account Information

You don’t have to create an account to shop online at COVET, but it does mean you’ll only have to input your payment and address information once. You will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account. It is very quick and easy to set up and you can change your details at any time.
